The fishing on this trip will cover both bait and fly fishing for white marlin in what is probably the best location in the world. The season runs from the beginning of August to early October. Sizes range from 50 to 80 lb and the numbers can be prolific.
This is probably the best value billfish fishing anywhere in the world and comes with a very high chance of success.
The Lodge
We have several lodges that we tend to use in Morocco, and we can be very flexible according to budgets and personal preference.
The accommodation ranges from lodge style to individual rooms in a basic hotel with all you’ll need for a fishing trip.
Sample Itinerary
DAY 1 ARRIVAL:
GATWICK/CASABLANCA 1640/1955 economy
Transfer to the Ibis Hotel – Mohammedia (45minute from
Casablanca airport).
Overnight B/B accommodation in single rooms.
The hotel is within walking distance to the best restaurant/bar in town.
Days 2 – 4 FISHING:
Every morning you will be picked up by car and driven to the marina and back again in the afternoon.
Full day guided fishing on “Matador”. Lunch is provided on board – sandwich and drinks – no alcohol on board
A usual fishing day is: approx. 7am to 6pm
Overnight at the Ibis Hotel – B/B
Day 5, Departure:
Transfer back to the airport
CASABLANCA/GATWICK 1230/1540 economy
