This new destination in Dakar is certainly one of our easiest locations to get to, and our most economical.

With over 25 years experience fishing this area of West Africa, with operations in the Bijagos and Dakar, there are few people with as much experience in this area. Due to the constant reinvestment in these locations the boats are probably the best in the area, purpose built for the location, and the species and methods that may be encountered. The lodge use 30ft custom built catamarans with twin outboards that fish up to 6 comfortably, we however advise only 3 people to give everybody adequate room. All of the boats are fitted with outriggers and everything needed to target the species that are out there.

This trip is a very realistic alternative to Norway and the like and there is a huge range of fish, and methods to experience, accommodation is right on the beach and boasts an excellent restaurant as well as air conditioned rooms.
Fishing 3 to a boat on a 30ft catamaran with twin 150hp plus engines is more than comfortable.
 
Live baiting, trolling, jigging and popping are all successful methods here accounting for blue marlin, several granders have come from this location , yellowfin, sailfish, mahi mahi, big eye ( and few bluefin in late season ) as well as hard fighting  amberjack.
 
There is a reason this destination has been chosen as the location for next years big game fishing world championship !!
 
Accommodation is on the beach and has it’s own restaurant in addition to air conditioned rooms.
 
Ideal fishing season is from June to December.

The Lodge

This lodge is bed & breakfast but evening meals can be taken in the many local restaurants, lunch on the boat is included.

The Boats

These are 10m, twin engine catamarans accommodating up to 6 anglers with all necessary equipment and GPS  and of course full safety equipment.

Accommodation

This beach based lodge on the coast of Senegal consists of 10 rooms. All rooms have ensuite facilities and air conditioning.

Tackle

Specialist equipment is available at this location so no need to worry about rod tubes and expensive specialist tackle.

This includes Half Board accommodation at the lodge ( max 2 to a room, single rooms available ), international flights, 4 days fishing, ( max 3 to a boat, all jigging and big game tackle.
